In the role of Bridge Consultant, you would consult with landscape architects, civil engineers, architects, and developers to provide solutions for their bridge crossing needs. This position requires a strong understanding of our product and company values coupled with the ability to persistently identify and contact decision makers and acquire leads on viable bridge products. 

With our robust sales database and an internal team dedicated to sales support, the ball is in your court to build your network and grow your earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Guide Clients through the entire sale cycle (initial project discussion to contract signing)
  • Network/relationship build with potential future clients in HubSpot CRM
  • Cultivate relationships with previous clients,  and develop partnerships with new clients
  • Maintain your assigned HubSpot database
  • Generate and identify viable leads by quickly obtaining technical knowledge of products 
  • Scope and propose appropriate bridge solutions 
  • Calculate/ estimate costs through our pricing system
  • Produce and deliver client proposals and cost submittals
  • Work with our internal design team to move clients through the design process
  • Learn our unique brand and be able to persuasively communicate it to decision makers

Position Requirements

  • Sales and/or Client Management Experience
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience  with outgoing call experience is essential 
  • Analytical mindset & attention to detail
  • Mathematical skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ambitiousness and creativity is encouraged
  • High level of organization, efficiency, and passion for sales/customer relations
  • An advanced level knowledge of design and construction industry
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge regarding bridge design, construction and specifications to clients when necessary

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related area is preferred but not required
